The installation of our package takes place both with the traditional “user license agreement” and in SaaS modality via the internet;

RDS created an on-line support centre (located in our Parma office) that clients can contact by phone at any time to report any problems that may arise: the centre will identify the cause of the problem (incorrect knowledge, incorrect use, hardware and/or software error etc.);

A team of application and computer consultants are available to solve any problems;

Our branches in Milan, Modena and Rome facilitate and speed up local responses to clients and on the standard version of our packages they are available to carry out personalisations and/or specific implementation requirements;
